General Mental Health services for children and families provided by master’s level or license eligible clinicians both in person or virtually.  Individual and group options are available. Our services include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Strengthening Teens in Acquiring Resiliency for Success (STARS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
